The buildings in Phase 1 include: the production part, specialized warehouse, administrative part, and guardhouse, pump station for technical water, sprinkler and hydrant network, bicycle shed, hazardous waste facility. The first phase also includes auxiliary facilities: platforms for the nitrogen substation, municipal waste, diesel generator and technical gases, chimneys; shelters for smokers; advertising totems; wastewater treatment plant; distribution facilities.
The buildings in Phase 2 include: raw materials receiving facility; rolling mill; technological oil storage facility; platform for technological silos for raw materials; internal roads.
The project encompassed: Participation in the preparation of the Basic project in English for both phases, the Conceptual Design and the project for the building permit for Phase 1, the Project for execution for Phase 1 and Phase 2, in Serbian. Obtaining permits.
The subject of the project is the 20kV Connection Distribution Facility, building 19B on the parcel where the Toyo Tires complex is being constructed in Inđija, which is intended for bringing the main power supply from the public electrical grid (from TS110/20kV Inđija 2) to the Toyo Tires complex.

The subject of the project is the construction of the distribution facility (DF), building 19A on the parcel. This building will serve as the central hub for distributing the main power supply throughout the Toyo Tires factory complex. Cables are led from the Connection Distribution Facility in building 19B (subject of a separate project) to the distribution facility 19A.
