The project aims to separate CO2 from natural gas to enable the sale of gas and make it suitable for transportation. Acid gas removal is done using HiPACT® amine system (High Pressure Acid Gas Capture Technology) – jointly developed by JGC and BASF.
The new amine plant includes the following units:
- Detailed project by discipline in accordance with Serbian legislation.
- Main project for Fire Protection and Hazardous Areas Study.
- Environmental Impact Assessment Study.
- Obtaining permits from relevant authorities.
- Engineering services for the preparation of accompanying documentation in the Serbian language.
- Design supervision during construction.
- Responsible contractor for all construction works.
- As-built project.
- Plant acceptance, commissioning, and trial operation.
